But Gareth Davies – the Framley councillor, is a “call centre supervisor”.Clearly, those people who answer phones asking “and can I put you on hold for half an hour to listen to a Casio recording of Vivaldi’s Spring” need a supervisor…like Jordan needs another breast implant.Having sat through more council meetings than you can shake a stick at, I think I can ascertain where Gareth’s coming from. And to where he should return.
