They're joking right? First off you can't 'police' bloggers and of course the 1st amendment relates to blogs, just cuz t'interent didn't exisit back in the day. What dolts.

Guy; I think you'll find that the Founding Fathers comment was a satirical one... but it is hard to tell these days.
