« Brevity | Main | The Blame Game » February 21, 2006Think twice before you speak upBBC - Guantanamo actors held at airport: The actors who star in movie The Road to Guantanamo were questioned by police at Luton airport under anti-terrorism legislation, it has emerged... One of the actors, Rizwan Ahmed, said a police officer asked him if he intended to make any more "political" films... Bedfordshire police have said they will issue another statement specifically concerning the allegations made by Mr Ahmed and Reprieve. Five squid says that the question about political films will be dismissed as 'idle chit-chat' designed to put the suspect at ease. Posted by: theLIP at February 21, 2006 4:51 PM - Oh come on...! Everybody knows that it's an Al Qaeda tactic to train as an actor, make an award-winning film critical of the US government and then come out with allegations of Police harassment at airport terminals. These outrageous accusations must be vigorously denied and erased from the historical record! Posted by: richard at February 21, 2006 6:44 PM - Post a commentThanks for signing in, .
