Dave the Chameleon goes AWOL

It would appear that the official Dave the Chameleon site has been removed.

It seems to be back up again and working now...

Yes, it came back online (in messy bits and bobs) at about 1 or 2pm. The blog is less of a mess than it was when it first returned, but they still haven't sorted the style sheet:

I'm glad it's back, to be honest. The Google battle begins within about 8 hours, and I'm really looking forward to that.

:o)

A quick update: I've had a sneaky-peek at some fresh .com databases, and it appears that we will take at least 3rd or 4th place.

Of course, in this situation, we don't really anything beyond first-view (Top 5) but I'd love to take out 1st place.

[Note for the record: Labour are using AdWords for chameleon-related queries, including the single word 'chameleon'... more loan money down the drain.]
