Ah cigarettes, something I've never managed to become really addicted to. God knows I've smoked enough of the damn things, had my first fag at 12 and had periods of regular smoking, but I've always found going without fairly easy. For example, at last year's New Statesman New Media awards, I scrounged about half a dozen cigs from Tim, yet didn't have another for a month or more. Strange.Anyway, keep up the good work guys.

I don't want to be a born again non-smoker (of which I am regularly accused), but this will be a hell of a lot more help that the shit patches and gum that is just intended to keep you hooked to a different method of imbibing nicotine.
