Maybe I'm missing something here, but surely if C4 gave him permission to use "certain cartoon images", then that would mean that C4's agreement with Beau Bo d'Or would be along the lines of "we can distribute your work to whom-ever we please" … wouldn't it ?Obviously, it doesn't address the Bandwidth Leeching at all.

That agreement covers your consumption of the artist's bandwidth without permission, then?May I see it?(I request that you instruct your lawyers to contact me via email in the first instance. You are on notice. I have permission in writing to use cartoon images from C4. Maintaining anything different is false. The suggestion that I "stole" the artwork is untrue.The thing about us libertarians is that we believe strongly in the rule of law. This time I will not let your lies stand.I will be seeking a full apology and damages.You will save yourself costs if you advise me by email of an address for proper service rather than my having to employ a tracking agent.
