April Fool's has come and gone....

Who's the fool that carried on?

PS - Congrats to the BBC for the concept, production, casting and timing on this. It's wonderful. You may also have missed Justin's morning wheeze, which he blogs about here.

UPDATE - You really had to watch your step if you didn't want to get rick-rolled today (even YouTube rick-rolled their users). But I really enjoyed this one. The original footage will only help you to appreciate it more.

In relation to the fool who carried on past 12 O' Clock, an even bigger fool was taken in by it and posted on it providing a link. Chris Paul you should be ashamed!

That Muppets rick-roll is brilliant.

Poor old Chris denies being taken in by it...

Taken in by it John? I must say you are pressing on regardless here. Rather like Iain hisself would when he got something wrong. Whether Dale's jape was a waste of space or not it is clear from my post that I knew that it was a jape.

Thing is, he's such a media slut you can imagine him actually doing it. He'd probably take on the Craig Coates role. And as someone who thankfully missed out on being a constituent of his.

Iain Dale is all about the publicity stunt. One of his ideas about campaigning in the run up to the last Election was to compere an all in wrestling show! If David Davis had won the leadership election I suppose Dale would have got him on the card at Wrestlemania!

Professor Paul: Iain has a thing about what he considers 'abuse'. Often, one has to point out to him that something is an accurate description and not abuse. But, for this to (maybe) be understood by Iain, it first needs to be an accurate description. So, given the whole Ashcroft business...

... can we please avoid the term 'media slut' in Iain's case and instead use the term 'media whore'?

I demand evidence!

Sorry for double posting, there is a reference to it in the comments on Iain's blog here

http://iaindale.blogspot.com/2006/10/living-in-constituency.html

And he blogs about the show here

http://iaindale.blogspot.com/2004/05/seconds-out-round-three.html

There are some interesting stories about how discomfited he was by some of the show,I will tell all if there is a demand!
