Given that the average age of Tory party members is 101 (or something like that) the disinterest in blogging on the part of the various contenders should hardly be surprising. I'd be surprised if the average party member even knows what a blog is.

Take a look at the poll they've got running on the front page of Conservatives.com:

Poll: What would you most like to see from conservatives.com in the future?
- more local news
- new video content
- extra news from Parliament
- blogging
- more campaign support

We're finally getting through. Now they (almost) know that they want it. But do they know what it is?
