BBC – Religious hatred laws spark protests: Government plans to outlaw incitement to religious hatred have provoked some of the biggest demonstrations since the row over fox hunting.

Monsters and Critics – Protests to herald religious hatred bill debate: MPs debating the racial and religious hatred bill are today likely to be met by large protests urging them to accept changes to the controversial proposed legislation.

Oh dear. Protest? Westminister? I wonder if they’ve filled in their forms….

UPDATE – Guardian – Protesters urge rethink on religious hatred bill: Around 200 free speech campaigners and a coalition of actors, atheists, Christians and Muslims are demonstrating outside parliament to campaign against the government’s religious hatred bill, which faces its final Commons hurdle later this afternoon.
